As Commercial Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients, and ensuring compliance with the relevant rules, regulations and organisational policies Fees & Benefits Starting daily rate: £150+ for the first 4 weeks, followed by a fees-only structure with an OTE of £250 per day. Flexible working arrangement: A minimum commitment of 2 weekdays per week, at 8 hours per day, with the freedom to select your preferred working days. Workdays: Monday–Friday or Saturdays (subject to client requirements) Training & continuous professional development provided UK-wide opportunities, allocated within your agreed postcode area Career progression: Explore diverse roles within Engage Services Supportive environment: Full guidance, resources, and mentoring Key Roles & Responsibilities Commercial Specialist Duties Visiting commercial water customers on behalf of major water retail clients Obtaining payments for arrears, verifying lease agreements for new occupiers Performing a temporary disconnection or reconnection of the water supply, if required! Interacting with the customer to resolve their account full training given Requirements Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance ULEZ-compliant vehicle (for London assignments) Clean DBS Satisfactory credit history (CCJs accepted where repayment arrangements exist) Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills Strong planning, problem-solving, and reporting abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams and clients Understanding of energy, utilities, or enforcement operations is advantageous Experience in enforcement, security, debt recovery, or other customer-facing and field-based roles requiring negotiation, resilience, and professionalism is highly desirable.
