Job Responsibility:
Empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to build self-advocacy skills and take active roles in their communities
Build and lead self-advocacy groups
Facilitate workshops
Organize advocacy events

Partner with community organizations to promote disability rights and inclusion
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience
Nice to have:
Experience managing advocacy activities and/or working with individuals with disabilities
