The Technical Coach is responsible for supporting and assisting the facilitation of the Training and Development programs within U500 Presale and Quality. Drives continuous business improvements through coaching and works with the Presale Enablement team to strive for positive results. The selected candidate will support the development and delivery of technical coaching on company products and technologies so as to ensure that employees develop, maintain and increase their own technical and/or process knowledge. The Technical Coach will ensure system/process updates are communicated and checks for understanding. This individual will also be an integral member of the Presale Enablement team involved in quality reporting and recommendations, support procedural gaps and development of clear, concise job aids. The technical coach will work closely with the presale team to provide tools and techniques that support performance improvement plans, quality & productivity coaching, and proper utilization of tools and applications pertaining to the role.
Job Responsibility:
Continually looks for opportunities to streamline processes and procedures, eliminating rework and reducing productivity variations wherever possible
Responsible for coordinating and maintaining current policies, best practices and documentation accuracy
Provides side-by-side support, using training or coaching to reinforce the classroom learnings
Stays abreast of industry trends in the field of Learning and seeks opportunities for self-directed development
Assists in teaching and developing learners to put the client/customer at the center of everything we do & efficiently perform the technical aspects of their job
Partners with managers to identify technical coaching needs
Supports annual training including but not limited to: contingent worker training program, new hire training classes, annual refreshers
Drives high quality performance within the front line teams through ongoing analysis of quality and intake questions results, while driving individual and team level coaching to reduce error trends and improve quality
Works with and in support of business partners to deliver timely, consistent and accurate technical issue resolution to front line teams. Proactively identify and act upon opportunities & solutions to improve team proficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor degree strongly preferred
Strong technical ability through proven experience in Presale
Effective collaboration and problem solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Strong communications skills – verbal and written
Demonstrated Critical thinking/Decision making skills
Some travel will be required
