Job Description:

Performs duties as set forth in the basic job description in addition to acting in the capacity of instructor, trouble shooter, specialist, or similar categories. Usually is responsible to the Department Supervisor for the quantity and quality of the work of others in the group. An element of leadership is necessary for effective guidance of others.

  • Drive automobile, minibus, or light duty truck
  • Transport persons and/or loads, haul and deliver supplies, equipment, lab tests, mail and freight

  • May keep special forms or records of vehicle trips, mileage, gas, repairs, etc., and summarize into periodic reports
  • Assist in receiving and shipping areas when requested
  • Perform other duties as directed

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write and perform arithmetic
  • Safe driving record
  • Driver's license
  • 2 or more years of relevant driving experience
