Our self-serve business is a strategic acquisition channel and serves small companies, freelancers and retirees. Self-serve segment owners are accountable for one of the segments. This is a highly strategic role, responsible for defining and executing the complete go-to-market strategy for the segment. We are currently recruiting for our small companies segment.
Job Responsibility:
Segment strategy: identify growth bottlenecks and new market opportunities, identify priority areas for both short-term (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and long-term (2-3 year) horizons
Target setting: set bottom-up targets
Performance monitoring: deliver weekly segment performance updates including target achievement, ARR, churn and gross profit metrics
Market intelligence: provide deep insights on customer personas, market dynamics, pain points and customer needs
Maintain a continuous customer pulse through regular customer interviews and Sales call reviews to inform hypotheses and prioritization
Value proposition: craft a differentiated positioning and competitive advantages to accelerate customer acquisition
Proactively empower channel owners across paid advertising, SEO, partnerships and referral programs
Evaluate and provide feedback on channel proposals and initiatives
Act as an accelerator for channel owners, providing rapid deep-dive support (e.g., SEA optimization, conversion analysis…), as well as building and deploying segment-specific assets (email campaigns, landing pages, lead magnet…)
Surface segment-specific feature requirements and tracking/analytics needs
Continuously improve performance dashboards, leveraging AI & Data team assistance
Contribute to cross-functional topics (e.g., legal setup considerations, guarantee/renewal inputs) and partner with business stakeholders to ensure segment profitability.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in product marketing
Full French and English Fluency (written and spoken)
Strong analytical skills. Comfortable building dashboards and using AI assistants for data analysis.
Entrepreneurial & growth mindset: self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment
Exposure to pricing/packaging and unit economics
ability to reason about profitability.
Collaborative and able to influence cross-functional teams
Nice to have:
An experience in strategic business development and/or go-to-market is a plus
Experience working with small business and individual customer segments is a plus
