Job Responsibility:

  • Lead all marketing efforts targeting general contractors, prefab builders, and OEM partners in Region North
  • Develop deep audience insights to craft compelling value propositions and marketing strategies across all Etex brands, products, and applications
  • Promote Etex solutions across diverse segments and product types
  • Leverage technical knowledge and regular customer visits to align marketing initiatives with real-world needs and industrial processes
  • Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and action plans (digital and offline) tailored to general contractors, prefab builders, and OEMs
  • Translate customer insights into clear and differentiating value propositions that resonate with professional audiences
  • Manage website content, newsletters, social media, SEO, SEA/Google Ads, and other online activities with the central digital team
  • Lead the creation of brochures, POS materials, events, trade shows, and print advertising
  • Define dashboards and KPIs to track marketing performance and ROI
  • Focus on key KPIs such as brand awareness, lead generation, and project pipeline development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Communication, or Business Administration
  • Several years of relevant experience in B2B marketing (preferably in building materials, construction, or related industries)
  • Strong technical affinity and understanding of industrial processes
  • Willingness to conduct regular customer visits to understand production environments and customer needs
  • Proven experience in product launches and go-to-market strategy execution
  • Strong knowledge of both digital and offline marketing
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans
  • Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
