Job Responsibility:
Lead all marketing efforts targeting general contractors, prefab builders, and OEM partners in Region North
Develop deep audience insights to craft compelling value propositions and marketing strategies across all Etex brands, products, and applications
Promote Etex solutions across diverse segments and product types
Leverage technical knowledge and regular customer visits to align marketing initiatives with real-world needs and industrial processes
Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and action plans (digital and offline) tailored to general contractors, prefab builders, and OEMs
Translate customer insights into clear and differentiating value propositions that resonate with professional audiences
Manage website content, newsletters, social media, SEO, SEA/Google Ads, and other online activities with the central digital team
Lead the creation of brochures, POS materials, events, trade shows, and print advertising
Define dashboards and KPIs to track marketing performance and ROI
Focus on key KPIs such as brand awareness, lead generation, and project pipeline development
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Communication, or Business Administration
Several years of relevant experience in B2B marketing (preferably in building materials, construction, or related industries)
Strong technical affinity and understanding of industrial processes
Willingness to conduct regular customer visits to understand production environments and customer needs
Proven experience in product launches and go-to-market strategy execution
Strong knowledge of both digital and offline marketing
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans
Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
comfortable working cross-functionally and internationally
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing performance
Demonstrated experience in brand awareness and lead generation campaigns
Fluency in English and at least one other language from the region (Dutch, French, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish)
