Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for managing and improving customer communications across the B2C segment. They will review, develop, and implement customer-facing communications and documents, ensuring they are accurate, effective, and delivered correctly. They will also work on continuous improvement projects to optimize communication tools and processes, support cross-functional initiatives within EDP Comercial that impact customer communications, and regularly test and validate communication journeys to ensure a smooth customer experience. In addition, they will provide support to B2C trade marketing activities and campaigns.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and improve customer communications across the B2C segment
  • Review, develop, and implement customer-facing communications and documents

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (not required), or a high school diploma supplemented by relevant professional experience in similar roles
  • At least 2 years of work experience, including roles involving requirements definition, project management, and project implementation
  • Strong critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze technological developments and communicate clearly with technical teams
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to mobilize cross-functional teams for change
  • Proficiency in Portuguese
  • English proficiency (preferred)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and the use of project management tools, particularly Jira (preferred)
