The candidate will be responsible for managing and improving customer communications across the B2C segment. They will review, develop, and implement customer-facing communications and documents, ensuring they are accurate, effective, and delivered correctly. They will also work on continuous improvement projects to optimize communication tools and processes, support cross-functional initiatives within EDP Comercial that impact customer communications, and regularly test and validate communication journeys to ensure a smooth customer experience. In addition, they will provide support to B2C trade marketing activities and campaigns.
Job Responsibility

Ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and correct delivery of communications
Work on continuous improvement projects to optimize communication tools and processes
Support cross-functional initiatives within EDP Comercial that impact customer communications
Regularly test and validate communication journeys to ensure a smooth customer experience
Provide support to B2C trade marketing activities and campaigns
Ensure the review, development, and technical implementation of written communications and documents sent to customers
Carry out continuous improvement projects focused on optimizing communication processes and tools
Monitor and implement cross-functional projects at EDP Comercial that impact B2C segment communications
Regularly monitor communications and conduct periodic tests and validations to ensure the correct sending, receipt, and presentation of messages and documents to customers
Support the management of trade marketing for EDP Comercial’s B2C segment
Requirements
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (not required), or a high school diploma supplemented by relevant professional experience in similar roles
At least 2 years of work experience, including roles involving requirements definition, project management, and project implementation
Strong critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze technological developments and communicate clearly with technical teams
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to mobilize cross-functional teams for change
Proficiency in Portuguese
English proficiency (preferred)
Experience with Agile methodologies and the use of project management tools, particularly Jira (preferred)
