Job Description:

In this newly created role, you’ll define and drive the global strategy for Firestopping offering. This is a commercially driven sales role ideal for a senior leader who held full P&L responsibility and brings deep Firestopping segment expertise.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute the global commercial strategy, translating long-term vision into actionable growth plans across geographies
  • Lead business development by identifying new market opportunities, initiating strategic partnerships, and negotiating high-impact deals
  • Own segment performance globally including sales, margin, cost of sales, and delivery of EBITA and cash flow targets
  • Implement commercial excellence through Key Account Management, demand generation and value-based pricing strategies
  • Drive financial planning by proposing and executing annual budgets and 3-year business plans in alignment with regional leads
  • Develop and engage direct and indirect teams, fostering high performance, technical capability and cultural alignment across a matrixed organisation

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar global leadership role with full P&L responsibility within building material ideally from Firestopping industry
  • Deep market knowledge, including customer dynamics and competitive landscape
  • Strategic thinking and execution capability across complex, multi-market environments
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and commercial insight, with a track record of delivering results
  • Proven leadership in driving sales performance and team alignment
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • High people engagement, with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
  • A technical background, so if you have an engineering/technical qualification, this is desirable
  • Fluency in English is a must
