This role involves overseeing multiple reporting companies, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and leading a team within a dynamic and growing organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the financial activities of 15 reporting companies, ensuring all financial operations are in line with industry regulations and standards
  • Direct and manage a team of 5-6 individuals, fostering a proactive and communicative work environment
  • Ensure compliance with Public Companies, SOX, Multi Entity, and Consolidations regulations
  • Leverage accounting software systems and ERP Solutions to streamline and optimize accounting functions
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify any discrepancies or irregularities
  • Oversee budget processes, ensuring all financial plans align with company objectives and financial constraints
  • Champion the use of technology systems within the finance department, promoting efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • CPA and Public Accounting experience required
  • SOX experience required

  • Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Knowledge of various ERP Solutions
  • Ability to manage all Accounting Functions
  • Capable of conducting Auditing
  • Experience with Budget Processes
