Seed Plant Machinist

• Operate our Seed Cleaning Lines, cleaning a variety of seeds to meet pre-determined quality standards
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness at all times to prevent contamination between different seed species and varieties
• Recalibrate, service, and maintain machinery to ensure correct settings and optimal performance for different seed types
• Support treatment and bagging processes as part of our efficient and customer-focused seed supply chain

• A good understanding of machinery and basic engineering skills
• An interest in the agricultural sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A positive work ethic, with flexibility to adapt to changing business demands
• A counterbalance forklift truck licence (desirable)
