This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in Technology Service's Infrastructure Operations area who are responsible for keeping the Bank's Information Security risk profile within appetite. The Infrastructure Compliance and Vulnerability Management (ICVM) team sits within the Technology Services' Infrastructure Operations area. This area is accountable for the overall governance of service delivered by outsourced partners for the management of the Bank's infrastructure, comprising: data centre, servers, end user computing, network, databases, enterprise services, cloud, and infrastructure architecture.
Job Responsibility:
Work multi-functionally with both internal and external customers to ensure contracted services are supplied to appropriate critical metrics and SLAs
Build and use domain expertise to constantly improve service
Create and drive action plans to conclusion to ensure vulnerability volumes are kept within agreed target
Ensure sufficient processes, documentation and controls are in place and managed to satisfy internal and external audit requirements
Produce relevant, accurate and timely reporting and management information
Accountable for the effective governance of patching and vulnerability management services supplied to the Bank by multiple providers, for Network assets
Requirements:
3rd level degree in an IT/IS related field or equivalent level of experience
Proven knowledge and experience, ideally gained in IT Operations within the Financial Services industry, with a strong focus on delivery and results
Strong technical aptitude
Confident and articulate
Comfortable engaging with both technical and business audiences at all levels
