Job Description

The PA Security Vetting Team is looking to find a new administrator to have responsibility for our Melbourn operations. You will be part of a close and efficient team helping to support a vast array of projects, and working across the business to support vetting, compliance, and IT security activities. This role will have a specific focus on working with a variety of external government agencies, clients and third-party organisations.

Requirements

  • A highly motivated and customer focused individual
  • Organised and able to meet very tight deadlines & respond quickly to critical situations
  • Excellent communication skills, and be able to deal with individuals at all levels
  • An ability to work independently
  • Good reporting skills with experience of working with Microsoft products (Word, Excel)
  • Able to demonstrate tact, and maintain complete discretion
  • To hold a security clearance or the ability to hold clearance is preferred
  • Must meet UK residency requirements for security clearance (British citizen or resident in UK for past 5 years)
