Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate the implementation of projects according to defined technical specifications, specifically for Electronic Locks, Safes, and Access Control
  • Provide technical support and participate directly in installations
  • Monitor the maintenance and repair of hardware products, including POS and tablets
  • Oversee the daily operation of technical support to ensure efficiency
  • Communicate with clients and partners to confirm infrastructure readiness before project implementation
  • Manage project timelines and track progress through to final delivery
  • Develop and manage the schedules for technicians regarding projects and support tasks
  • Coordinate and communicate with external partners to meet project requirements
  • Guide and mentor the technical team responsible for installations, repairs, and support
  • Ensure the quality of execution and strict adherence to technical instructions
  • Monitor the daily availability of spare parts in collaboration with the procurement department
  • Manage support rotations and ensure all SLAs are met

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in security systems, electronics, and computer networks
  • Knowledge of Tablet/POS devices and experience in solving hardware and software problems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide technical solutions for complex issues
  • Willingness to travel to various sites for installations and technical oversight
  • Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering or related field
  • Fluency in English
  • Adaptability to new technologies and a desire for continuous learning
