Job Responsibility

Support Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), perimeter security devices, gates, barriers, and related technologies
Perform inspections, testing, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance activities
Install firmware updates, software patches, and system upgrades
Perform system backups and support restoration activities
Identify hardware and software issues and provide repair or replacement recommendations
Respond to scheduled, priority, and emergency service requests
