As Security Supervisor, you will support the Safety & Security leadership team in safeguarding our guests, associates and assets, ensuring a secure and discreet environment at all times. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily security operations, leading emergency preparedness and fostering a culture of vigilance and professionalism. This role is ideal for a confident and alert professional with strong leadership capability and a commitment to delivering safety within a luxury hospitality setting.
Job Responsibility
Patrol all areas of the property, securing guest rooms and ensuring a safe environment across all facilities
Monitor CCTV systems, alarms and access control systems to maintain constant oversight of the property
Authorise, monitor and document access to restricted and secured areas
Conduct regular safety inspections, hazard assessments and key control audits
Lead and support emergency response procedures, including drills and real-time incidents
Respond to accidents and incidents, administering first aid/CPR or contacting emergency services as required
Investigate incidents, gather information and complete accurate reports in a timely manner
Maintain strict confidentiality of all security reports and sensitive information
Handle guest or employee disturbances professionally, de-escalating situations in line with company procedures
Resolve safety hazards promptly to minimise risk to guests and associates
Escort unauthorised individuals from the property when necessary
Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, including alcohol control laws
Act as a central point of contact for security-related queries, interruptions and complaints
Coordinate effective communication using proper emergency codes and reporting processes
Support daily administrative tasks, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately
Requirements
Proven supervisory experience in a security role, ideally within luxury hospitality or a similar environment
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, motivate and support a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
Knowledge of emergency procedures, incident response and risk management
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or sensitive situations
High level of discretion and confidentiality
A guest-focused mindset, balancing security with service excellence
Good physical fitness and the ability to respond quickly to incidents
