Security Supervisor

• Supervise the daily operations of the Security Department, ensuring compliance with Four Seasons standards, policies, and procedures
• Lead, motivate, and support Security Officers, providing guidance, coaching, and ongoing training
• Conduct regular patrols of the property, identifying potential risks and ensuring a safe environment for guests, employees, and visitors
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, guest concerns, and security-related matters
• Maintain a strong presence throughout the resort, building positive relationships with guests and colleagues while promoting a culture of safety and service
• Assist with investigations, incident reporting, documentation, and follow-up actions as required
• Coordinate emergency response procedures, fire safety protocols, drills, and security awareness initiatives
• Collaborate closely with operational departments to ensure security measures support exceptional guest experiences while protecting company assets

• Previous experience in a supervisory security role, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, health and safety regulations, and risk management practices
• Proficiency in English

• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and respond to operational requirements as needed
