Job Description:

The Security Supervisor supports the Security Director and actively participates in and oversees the day-to-day security operations of the property. The safety of our employees and our guests is our #1 priority and the Security Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring departments, team members, guests and patrons receive the support, presence, and action needed to accomplish this.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Security Director
  • oversee day-to-day security operations
  • make daily/hourly rounds of campus
  • respond to requests, calls, and emergency notices
  • write/record/manage incident reports and lost and found claims
  • assist with VIP guest arrival and departure

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service
  • flexible schedule with ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as business requires
  • outgoing personality and can-do approach
