Job Responsibility:

Lead and develop a proactive and comprehensive agenda of a healthy working environment
Promote risk management in the unit
Secure the implementation and follow through of Ingka Risk & Compliance Rules and Local legislation on Health Safety and Security
Conduct internal investigations
Identify and plan for the proper trainings needed
Create a Risk & Compliance culture
Be the single point of contact for all the matters connected to Risk & Compliance when it comes from Authorities
Coordinate the Unit Crisis Management Team for the handling of any emergency cases
Plan for and ensure that Crisis Management trainings and ways of working are in place
Coordinate external vendors and appropriate vendor management

Requirements:

Passion for working with people
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
Extensive knowledge of national laws and legislations connected to health, safety and security
Knowledge of relevant health, safety and security policies, standards, rules, manuals, tools and working methods within Ingka Group
Good understanding of business processes
Intermediate understanding of the risk assessment and Management Process
Well-developed facilitation, change management and communication skills
Ability to build relationships in an easy and trustful way
Ability to deal with emergencies and sensitive confidential matters
Ability to understand and translate KPI’s and goals into tangible action
