Job Responsibility

Conduct regular patrols of the property, identifying potential risks and ensuring a safe environment for guests, employees, and visitors
Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, guest concerns, and security-related matters
Maintain a strong presence throughout the resort, building positive relationships with guests and colleagues while promoting a culture of safety and service
Assist with investigations, incident reporting, documentation, and follow-up actions as required
Coordinate emergency response procedures, fire safety protocols, drills, and security awareness initiatives
