Job Responsibility

Monitor security operations throughout the venue to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Assist with crowd management, access control, and guest screening procedures
Respond to emergencies, incidents, disturbances, and customer concerns in a professional manner
Prepare and submit incident reports and daily activity reports
Coordinate with venue management, event organizers, law enforcement, fire personnel, and emergency responders when necessary
Ensure staff maintain professional appearance and customer service standards
Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas including exhibit halls, entrances, loading docks, and restricted areas
Enforce safety regulations and venue rules to maintain a secure environment
