Job Description

Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, assist guests with room access. Conduct emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections, investigations, interviews. Follow property specific procedures for handling emergency situations (e.g., evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters). Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment. Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises. Report works related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager. Report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to General manager. Identify and correct unsafe working procedures. Complete appropriate safety training and certifications to perform work tasks. Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with all departments and Home Office. Comply with and enforce Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to relate to all levels of staff. Assist in other areas of the department as needed.

Requirements
