Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily security operations across assigned sites
  • Ensure all security personnel comply with health & safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments
  • Identify potential security and safety risks and implement preventive measures
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and accidents in line with approved procedures
  • Prepare incident, accident, and safety reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and on-the-job training to security staff
  • Enforce the correct use of PPE and safe working practices at all times
  • Liaise with management, HSE teams, contractors, and emergency services when required
  • Monitor access control, crowd management, and emergency evacuation procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and local laws

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a security supervisory role
  • Health & Safety certification
  • Knowledge of local safety regulations and emergency response procedures
  • First Aid and Fire Warden certification is an advantage
