Job Responsibility:
Conduct, maintain, and update country and regional security risk assessments
Develop, implement, and continuously improve security concepts in line with local and international (HQ) standards
Oversee security systems, procedures, and compliance across all facilities
Design and supervise security operations for special events and new store openings
Manage day-to-day operational and security related matters
Build and maintain relationships with security providers, and key vendors
Manage and monitor appointed guarding companies and service partners
Deliver annual security training and drive organization-wide security awareness
Prepare incident reports, risk analyses, and improvement recommendations
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an operational or corporate security role, preferably in an international environment
Experience in regional or multi-site security management
Strong knowledge of physical security systems, procedures, and risk mitigation
Proven experience in event security planning and staff training
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Independent, proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
Fluency in Japanese and English (Korean is a plus)
Nice to have:
Experience in luxury, retail, or high-value asset environments
Exposure to store facilities management or basic maintenance coordination
Experience working across Japan and Korea
