We are seeking a technically strong and engaging Security Solutions Trainer to support the delivery of Gallagher Security training solutions across the US and internationally, with a primary focus on Channel Partners, installers, End Users, and consultants. In this role, you will deliver high-quality technical training that builds capability, strengthens partner engagement, and reinforces Gallagher's brand in market. You will also contribute to the global training strategy by sharing market insights, adapting approaches for regional needs, and helping ensure training remains relevant, effective, and commercially focused. Working closely with the wider Security team, Learning Platforms team, and internal stakeholders, you will help shape training content, support new course development, and drive strong learning outcomes across Gallagher's Access, Perimeter, and High Security solutions.
Job Responsibility
Contributing to the global training strategy through market feedback, regional insights, and commercially focused planning
Delivering engaging technical training to Channel Partners, End Users, consultants, and internal teams across the region
Using adult learning techniques to create effective, practical, and memorable training experiences
Ensuring training content is current, relevant, and aligned with product development and customer needs
Supporting the development of new courses, materials, deliverables, and training kits
Tracking training performance measures and identifying opportunities to increase technician capability across key partners
Collaborating openly with team members to support continuous improvement and shared success
Travelling domestically and internationally to deliver classroom training and support regional training requirements
Requirements
Gallagher Security product experience, ideally across Access and Perimeter solutions
Adult education, training, or facilitation experience in a technical environment
Electrical knowledge, including power, earthing, resistors, wiring, and lock installation
Strong understanding of the security industry and technical systems such as networking, TCP/IP, operating systems, and SQL Server
Experience developing or contributing to training materials, technical writing, or documentation
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences
A professional, reliable, and collaborative approach, with strong initiative and integrity
Willingness and ability to travel throughout the US and internationally, with regular access to Atlanta or Kansas City for classroom training delivery
