Job Description:

Security Solutions Product Owner position at Inetum, a European leader in digital services. The role involves managing security solutions, participating in pre-sales activities, maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring technological surveys, and contributing to service offer evolution in alignment with company strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in the pre-sales phases and respond to calls for tenders in coordination with the sales and pre-sales teams
  • Participate in the drafting of the proposal
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers
  • Listen to market and ensure technological surveys on used, existing and future technologies
  • Find out about changes in norms & standards related to its technical scope
  • Participate in technological choices (contributors towards IT architects)
  • Control / master solutions usability (stable production)
  • Develop technical standards related to its scope
  • Be force of proposal for the evolution of the service offer, in coherence with Inetum strategy
  • Contributor to service offer description
  • Manage maintenance in operational condition of the solutions
  • Manage maintenance in security condition of the solutions
  • Ensure the formalization and maintenance of reference and operating documentation by the various levels of support
  • Specify needs and ensure implementation of monitoring solutions, performance management, inventory / CMDB, capacity management, access control and logs
  • Define the multi-year roadmap for the products
  • Be active in critical or major incidents within the perimeter
  • Ensure the management and follow-up of actions related to problems management (ITIL)
  • Provide technical and methodological support to team within the scope of its production line
  • Decline training needs and define training roadmaps (technology, product and solution)
  • Ensure that skills are maintained in relation to the Service Manager who is responsible for resources
  • Enrich personal and team skills in areas peripheral to the reference area to facilitate communication and understanding of related technical areas

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in similar activities in IT Company or regular business company is required
  • Specialized in IT and/or telecoms, information systems and security
  • Knowledge of Security Standards like ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISAE 3402
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of concepts and techniques of the security domains
  • Knowledge of the following concepts and techniques: Proxy, Reverse Proxy, WAFs, Firewalls and VPN's, DDos Linux, Windows
  • Global vision of information systems operations
  • Understanding of the environment (customers, sector of activity, sensitive data) and of the functioning of the company
  • Knowledge of personal data protection regulations and enforcement methods
  • Control of risks related to information systems security
