Job Description

Rackspace is hiring for a Service Delivery Manager with a background in security to support our strategic customers. As a Security SDM, you’ll be managing global managed security services accounts.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver monthly reporting for them
  • Produce data tracking and budget scope reporting for senior management
  • Analyze cybersecurity/DevSecOps frameworks using dashboarding and internal tools
  • Oversee the SOC operational processes and ensure that security compliance/governance is maintained
  • Use security data, monitoring tools, and threat intelligence to inform insights and build the big picture
  • Lead customer initiatives, applying expertise and best management of all customer escalations and service issues
  • Support senior management with the required decision-making on security initiatives and solutions
  • Help teams with cross functional and interim – term development and transformation. Aid their transformation and implementation of cybersecurity initiatives
  • Assist with various Cyber technical initiatives, including NIST and ISO framework rollout and certification

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relatable field of study is preferred
  • High school diploma is required
  • Prefer candidates who have a cyber security certification such as either CISSP or ITIL V4
  • Must be proficient in both written and verbal communication using both the English and Spanish languages
  • Experience of managing the delivery of Security based managed services
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience of working with a combination of the following tools is essential: Azure Security Centre and Sentinel, Service Now, Power BI, Qualis, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Sentinel
