We’re looking for an experienced and values-driven Regional Director – Security Operations to lead our operations across Christchurch, Bournemouth, and the wider region. This is a senior leadership role with real influence, accountability, and the opportunity to shape the future of a growing, employee-owned security business.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead security operations across Christchurch, Bournemouth, and the wider region
  • Overall responsibility for performance of manned guarding, key holding, mobile response, and control room operations
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery, strong compliance, and sustainable commercial performance
  • Act as a key escalation point for clients and teams
  • Set clear standards, develop people, and build a culture of ownership, integrity, and pride
  • Reduce agency reliance and strengthen workforce planning
  • Identify opportunities to grow and enhance service through long-term client partnerships

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior security management or regional leadership role
  • A track record of leading multi-site teams and driving consistent operational standards
  • Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the confidence to manage escalations and build trusted partnerships
  • Commercial understanding, including budget management, labour planning, and cost control
  • In-depth knowledge of SIA requirements, BS standards, health & safety legislation, and industry best practice
  • The ability to make sound decisions with integrity, accountability, and professionalism
  • A full UK driving licence and valid SIA licence(s) (or the ability to obtain them)
  • Genuinely align with company values (ownership, honesty, kindness, energy)
