We’re looking for an experienced and values-driven Regional Director – Security Operations to lead our operations across Christchurch, Bournemouth, and the wider region. This is a senior leadership role with real influence, accountability, and the opportunity to shape the future of a growing, employee-owned security business.
Job Responsibility:
Lead security operations across Christchurch, Bournemouth, and the wider region
Overall responsibility for performance of manned guarding, key holding, mobile response, and control room operations
Ensure exceptional service delivery, strong compliance, and sustainable commercial performance
Act as a key escalation point for clients and teams
Set clear standards, develop people, and build a culture of ownership, integrity, and pride
Reduce agency reliance and strengthen workforce planning
Identify opportunities to grow and enhance service through long-term client partnerships
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior security management or regional leadership role
A track record of leading multi-site teams and driving consistent operational standards
Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams
Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the confidence to manage escalations and build trusted partnerships
Commercial understanding, including budget management, labour planning, and cost control
In-depth knowledge of SIA requirements, BS standards, health & safety legislation, and industry best practice
The ability to make sound decisions with integrity, accountability, and professionalism
A full UK driving licence and valid SIA licence(s) (or the ability to obtain them)
