Job Description

We are seeking full time Security Rangers in metropolitan Sydney across multiple workplace environments. You will be doing something different day to day and will focus on providing excellent customer service, patrolling and securing facilities and assets, maintaining public safety and monitoring regulations. ACESGroup are a leading national provider of security services to a large portfolio of public and private facilities.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide high-quality security services in accordance with client requirements and internal standards
  • Operate and utilise ACESGroup’s technology platforms to support site safety and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records and complete reports through digital systems
  • Collaborate with team members and management to enhance operational efficiency
  • Provide visitor customer service, direction, and information
  • Protect physical assets, which includes regular pedestrian and vehicle patrols
  • Monitor and guide the behaviour of people in places
  • Observe facilities to reduce risk and maintain public safety
  • Respond to incidents as first responder
  • Prepare general security records and reports
  • Provide facility access control

Requirements

  • Valid NSW 1A Security Licence (held for at least 12 months)
  • Full NSW Drivers Licence
  • First Aid and CPR (current)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card (current)
  • SEINS (or willing to obtain)
  • Traffic Control and Implement Traffic Management Plan certificates/cards (or willing to obtain)
  • White Card (or willing to obtain)
  • Fire Warden (or willing to obtain)
  • Customer service experience
  • Superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Exceptional personal presentation
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to work 24/7 rotating roster
  • Ability to pass a LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital) test
  • Working With Children Check
