We are seeking a Project Manager (Security) to support a major integration initiative. This role will be responsible for coordinating security-related activities across country, regional, and global stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery within defined risk tolerance and budget. The ideal candidate will bring strong PMO discipline, stakeholder management skills, and experience in cross-border IT or security initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain a detailed security project plan including action tracking, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budget management
Coordinate and facilitate security meetings with stakeholders across country, regional (APAC), and group levels, ensuring alignment and clear communication
Gather business and technical requirements, capture meeting minutes, and track action items through to closure
Prepare and deliver structured reporting materials including daily APAC standup updates, weekly security-infrastructure sync reports, weekly security leadership presentations, and monthly SteerCo presentation decks
Act as the central coordination point between country security teams, GIS resources, and other IT and infrastructure stakeholders
Ensure visibility and tracking of risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans across the security workstream
Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, dashboards, and status reports to support governance and decision-making
Support overall program governance by ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with integration objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
equivalent experience will also be considered
Proven experience in IT project coordination, PMO, or project support roles, preferably within security programs or M&A integration environments
Strong stakeholder management experience working across multiple geographies, cultures, and organizational levels (local, regional, global)
Demonstrated ability to prepare executive-level reporting materials including SteerCo decks, leadership presentations, and structured status updates
Hands-on experience with project planning, tracking, and reporting tools such as Excel, MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms
Excellent English communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate updates, risks, and actions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail in managing complex project plans and dependencies
Familiarity with information security concepts, frameworks, and terminology (e.g., risk management, controls, compliance)
Nice to have:
Experience in insurance or financial services environments is highly preferred
Prior experience supporting regional or cross-border IT integration or transformation projects is a strong advantage
