Oversee all Security and Operational Resilience Programs to include Security, Supply Chain Security Programs C-TPAT & Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Occupational Health and Safety, and Business Continuity Management on a facility level.
Job Responsibility:
Assists sub-Regional Security Heads in providing security, loss prevention, fraud management, conduct investigations, security program development and management of CCTV, access control and intrusion alarm system installation/maintenance services on a facility level
Provides advice and guidance on the implementation of best practices relating to security, fraud, loss prevention, and security program development and implementation as it relates to DGF Logistics operations
Assumes the role of TSA Facility Security Coordinator (FSC), ensures strict compliance of all TSA rules and regulations as well as DGF TSA protocols, acts as the POC for all TSA cargo screening activities and maintains continuous TSA availability (24/7/365)
Assist with performance of required activities to validate compliance with secure commerce best practices in connection with Supply Chain Security program (C-TPAT)
Conducts risk/safety / security facility audits, communicates audit results, develops action items, and results that minimize risk
Oversight, support and continuous improvement of ISO 22301 certified Business Continuity Management (BCM) program, standards, guidelines and procedures
Oversight, support & continuous improvement of the ISO 45001 certified Health & Safety Management System (HSMS) in alignment with DGF's Global Health & Safety Management System, guidance and standards across the region
Requirements:
BA / BS preferred
Minimum of 10 years of corporate security and/or law enforcement experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent investigation, auditing, and report writing skills
Ability to create, present, and train internal and external customers
Strong decision-making skills working autonomously
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
