Job Description:

Are you a dedicated and vigilant professional looking for an exciting opportunity in security? Bear Hills Casino is seeking Security Personnel to join our team and ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor and patrol casino premises to maintain safety and security
Enforce casino policies, procedures, and Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis (AGLC) regulations
Verify identification and ensure compliance with age restrictions
Respond to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies
Assist guests and employees with security-related concerns
Work closely with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
Maintain detailed incident reports and logs in compliance with AGLC guidelines

Requirements:

Criminal Record Check
ProServe and ProTect certification (as required by AGLC)
Strong knowledge of AGLC casino security policies and procedures (training provided)
Previous security experience preferred
Strong observational and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
