Are you a dedicated and vigilant professional looking for an exciting opportunity in security? Bear Hills Casino is seeking Security Personnel to join our team and ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor and patrol casino premises to maintain safety and security
  • Enforce casino policies, procedures, and Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis (AGLC) regulations
  • Verify identification and ensure compliance with age restrictions
  • Respond to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies
  • Assist guests and employees with security-related concerns
  • Work closely with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
  • Maintain detailed incident reports and logs in compliance with AGLC guidelines

Requirements:

  • Criminal Record Check
  • ProServe and ProTect certification (as required by AGLC)
  • Strong knowledge of AGLC casino security policies and procedures (training provided)
  • Previous security experience preferred
  • Strong observational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
