Job Description

We are seeking a Security Operations and Strategy Senior Officer to serve as a strategic business partner and operations leader supporting our security leadership. This role combines cybersecurity expertise with executive-level operational support, driving critical initiatives, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination to advance the security organization's mission and objectives

Job Responsibility

  • Support security leadership with execution of security strategy and roadmap
  • Coordinate strategic Cyber initiatives, eg.: AI Security, Network Optimization, Access Management transformation
  • Coordinate annual planning cycles, budget management, and resource allocation
  • Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and communications for board and C-suite
  • Track and report on security program metrics, KPIs, and organizational goals
  • Serve as liaison between security leadership and internal/external stakeholders
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings with IT, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and business units
  • Manage executive calendar, priorities, and time allocation for strategic focus
  • Coordinate with vendor partners, consultants, and external advisors
  • Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Prepare briefing materials for board meetings, audit committees, and leadership reviews
  • Draft and refine security policies, standards, and strategic documents
  • Manage internal security communications and awareness campaigns
