Job Responsibility

Conducting regular patrols and monitor premises to prevent unauthorised access, theft, or vandalism
Monitoring access points, CCTV, and handling security procedures
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, taking appropriate action as needed
Complete detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any security concerns
Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid support if required
Adapting to different client sites – no two days are the same
Responding calmly and confidently to incidents or concerns
Working as part of a diverse, supportive team

Job Responsibility

Foster a professional, safety‑focused environment by ensuring all employees follow hotel safety and security policies and procedures

Job Responsibility

Handle and document guest and employee accidents, double locked doors, noise complaints and unruly guests
Assist disabled guests
Implement all policies, procedures and instructions regarding security and safety
