Job Responsibility:
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Monitor the facility through patrols and security cameras to prevent theft and vandalism
Verify incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation and inspection of vehicles or parts
Control access to the premises, verifying identification and logging visitors or vendors as needed
Respond to alarms, disturbances, or suspicious activity and report findings to Site Manager or local authorities
Maintain clear and accurate security logs and incident reports
Ensure all gates, doors, and entry points are properly secured
Assist in emergencies and follow established safety protocols
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Strong attention to detail and good observational skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
Basic computer skills for logging deliveries and incidents
On-site position
Full-time hours with occasional extended hours based on business needs
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to work in varied weather conditions
Must be able to work outdoors and on foot for extended periods
Physical requirements include the ability to walk the lot, inspect vehicles, and be active in an automotive shop environment
