As a Security Officer - Part - Time On-call/Fill-In in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, and communicate with team members to support a secure environment. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service while working in a dynamic and professional setting that values teamwork, agility, and integrity.

Job Responsibility:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing dispatch protocols and communication tools
Monitor and coordinate security-related operations from a central dispatch post within a commercial real estate location
Communicate with on-site personnel and field officers to relay information, instructions and updates regarding incidents and routine activities
Maintain accurate logs and records of all calls, incidents and dispatch activities
Support regular and random patrols by coordinating with field staff around the business and perimeter, as required by site protocols
Assist in helping to deter unauthorized activities by maintaining awareness of site operations and promptly reporting suspicious behavior

Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
Access control or badge experience is preferred
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
