Job Description:

ACESGroup is seeking experienced, professional security officers to join our team, providing visible, proactive security at high-profile Sydney universities and public precincts. In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating a safe and welcoming environment, combining foot and vehicle patrols with first-response duties to ensure people, assets, and operations are protected. This is an active, hands-on role, ideal for those who enjoy being on their feet and engaged across diverse sites, working a 24/7 rotating roster that includes days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Responsibility:

Provide a visible and professional security presence at your assigned site
Conduct proactive foot and vehicle patrols to protect people, assets, and property
Monitor behaviour, enforce site regulations, and maintain a safe environment
Respond to incidents as a first responder, escalating and reporting as required
Manage access control, entry points, and maintain accurate security records

Requirements:

Security License (NSW 1A)
Full NSW Drivers Licence
First Aid and CPR (current)
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card (current)
SEINS (or willing to obtain)
Traffic Control and Implement Traffic Management Plan certificates/cards (or willing to obtain)
White Card (or willing to obtain)
Fire Warden (or willing to obtain)
Customer service experience
Superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
Exceptional personal presentation
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to work 24/7 rotating roster
Ability to pass a LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital) test
Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
