As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the wellbeing of our guests, hosts, and property. You will uphold the highest standards of safety, vigilance, and discretion, ensuring that every guest feels secure while immersed in the refined elegance of The St. Regis experience. This is a role for a polished, observant, and service‑driven professional with a passion for luxury hospitality and uncompromising attention to detail.
Job Responsibility
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, hosts, and property at all times
Conduct regular patrols of public areas and back-of-house spaces
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns with professionalism and composure
Monitor CCTV and security systems, ensuring accurate reporting and escalation when required
Support guest interactions with warmth, discretion, and a service-first approach
Enforce access control for restricted areas and ensure compliance with safety procedures
Collaborate with hotel departments to support smooth operations and guest experience
Prepare accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activity
Assist with emergency procedures including evacuations, first aid, and crisis response
Uphold company policies, professional appearance standards, and confidentiality
Requirements
Valid SIA licence (mandatory)
Experience working in a 5-star luxury hotel or similar high-end environment
Strong situational awareness and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent communication skills with a polished, confident presence
A discreet, guest-focused approach to security and service
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
