The position is based in the Bunker at 2 Courtfield Road, the directive is to supply a robust security service to AMPL at Gloucester Park Arcade between the hours of 06:30-23:30 Monday to Sunday, 365 days annually. You will be expected to cross train and oversee all AMPL buildings and environments and assist where required during your shift.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in the management of the security contract at the client’s premises
Be the site lead with all procedures
Ensure Assignment Instructions are always maintained and adhered to
Ensure that all Unitrust personnel follow the correct dress code
Develop relationships onsite with tenants, suppliers & contractors
Security oversight regarding activities in Arcade
Management of access to the loading bay area
Escalation controller and main point of contact for APML/Cheval
Update and upkeep of all escalation lists and contact details
Open close retail arcade
Investigations of incidents
To record and report all incidents & accidents
To keep security records and logs up to date
Post/mail duties with accurate record keeping
Admin duties to include compliance documentation
To act as incident controller
To monitor, train and certify staff
To deal with staff and visitors enquiries and requests
Initialise call out procedures in the event of an emergency
To comply with applicable environmental, health and safety policies
Early identification and mitigation of any threats
Have an outstanding knowledge of the premises
Record details of any suspected criminal activity on the premises
Booking in and management of deliveries on site
Deliver outstanding customer service to staff and visitors
Take an active interest in, and give commitment to the client
Ensure that the environment and service is truly excellent and beyond expectation

Assist retails units where permissible (do not get directly involved in any theft scenarios in Arcade)
