Job Responsibility

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the retail or mall environment
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe and report any unusual circumstances
Support access control measures by monitoring entrances and exits as needed
Document and communicate security-related incidents and observations according to established procedures
Assist with crowd management and help to maintain order during busy periods or special events at the location
Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and location staff to address security-related concerns and provide a visible presence

Job Responsibility

Provide customer service to tenants, owners, vendors, and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, post orders, and site-specific policies, and by assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the property, including parking areas, storage units, common areas, gates, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage
Monitor access points and observe site conditions, checking for unsecured doors, open gates, suspicious behavior, and maintenance concerns
document and report findings per site procedures
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, lock and/or unlock requests per policy, alarms, and tenant concerns
notify management and/or public services as required
Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, communicate notable events during shift turnover, and support investigations by preserving observations and relevant information per policy
