Job Responsibility:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required
Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles according to site procedures
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of all activities, incidents, and security-related observations during the shift
Communicate professionally and courteously with employees, visitors, and contractors at the location
Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific policies, procedures, and protocols while performing assigned duties
Requirements:
A Transportation Security Administration issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential is required
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
