A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Job Responsibility

Provide customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and notifying site management and/or law enforcement when needed
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the shopping center, including common areas, corridors, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter as assigned
Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance hazards, and document observations in reports and/or activity logs per post orders
Control access and support property operations by verifying authorized entry, providing directions to customers and tenants, and/or coordinating with mall staff during events, deliveries, and peak traffic periods
