In this role, you will work with integrity and teamwork while delivering reliable, caring service that supports daily operations and creates a positive experience for tenants, guests, and staff.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations
  • Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized activity by observing site conditions, verifying credentials as required, and reporting unusual behavior and/or maintenance concerns
  • Support daily property operations by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and communicating clearly with tenants, visitors, and on-site personnel regarding security-related matters

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • A guard card and/or license is preferred
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
  • 21+ years of age for armed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
