Job Responsibility

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Control entry and exit at gates and/or lobby points by checking identification, issuing temporary credentials, managing visitor and contractor logs, and directing drivers to designated areas
Monitor inbound and outbound freight activity by verifying appointments and documentation, coordinating with site contacts, and reporting irregularities per post orders
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying Allied Universal supervision and site leadership as required
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter, documenting observations and reporting maintenance, hazards, and/or policy concerns
