Job Responsibility

  • Providing a strong security presence with exceptional customer service
  • Supporting tenants, guests, and visitors professionally
  • Conducting foot patrols and proactive safety awareness
  • Managing access control and responding to client requests
  • Responding confidently to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
  • Building positive relationships with retail partners and centre management
  • Completing clear incident reports and daily logs using digital systems
  • Maintaining a high standard of presentation and communication

Requirements

  • A valid NSW / ACT Full Security Licence
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional presentation and confidence dealing with the public
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Full working rights in Australia
