Job Responsibility

Provide customer service to clients and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the grounds, perimeter, parking areas, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage
Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions, unauthorized persons, and/or policy violations
communicate expectations to visitors in a professional manner
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site management and/or public emergency services as directed
Complete required reports and activity logs, document incidents and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate relevant information during shift handoff
