Job Responsibility

Provide customer service to the client by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazardous conditions
Control access at vehicle and personnel entry points by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in, and directing deliveries to designated locations per site policy
Complete shift reports and incident documentation, and communicate relevant observations to the Allied Universal supervisor and/or client contacts for follow-up

Job Responsibility

Ensure staffing, training, certification, and performance levels are maintained in accordance with Standards of Work (SOW), post orders, and Allied Universal policies
Provide roving operational leadership across customer sites during evenings, weekends, and holidays, with emphasis on non-24/7 locations
Conduct operational inspections, compliance audits, and readiness assessments during off-hours
Evaluate/audit Daily Activity Reports, incident reports, patrol logs, SMARTbook/NPSOLP documentation, and other required records for quality assurance
Identify service gaps, compliance risks, and performance trends
recommend and implement/support corrective actions
Participate in selection and placement of supervisory/management personnel
design career development and performance improvement plans for implementation as needed
Provide field coaching and corrective guidance to supervisors and officers as deficiencies are identified
Serve as after-hours escalation support for operational issues including staffing shortages, incidents, and client concerns
