Job Responsibility

Monitoring CCTV and access control systems (Control Room)
Conducting regular patrols and responding to incidents (Rover/Ranger)
Managing deliveries, contractors, and vehicle access (Loading Dock)
Providing customer assistance and maintaining strong situational awareness
Preparing reports, logs, and escalating incidents when required
Provide high-quality security services in accordance with client requirements and ACESGroup standards
Operate and utilise ACESGroup’s technology platforms to support site safety and reporting
Maintain accurate records and complete reports through digital systems
Collaborate with team members and management to enhance operational efficiency

Support responsible alcohol service by enforcing regulations and monitoring consumption to prevent over-service and maintain compliance with liquor laws
Communicate effectively with clients, the public, and supervisors
Follow all site-specific SOPs, company policies, local laws and regulations, maintaining strict confidentiality regarding site-related activities
Use technology efficiently (smartphones, reporting tools, scheduling software)
Represent Precision Security Team with professionalism, integrity, and accountability always
