Job Responsibility:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and support traffic flow for deliveries, shipments, and contractor access
Complete routine reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and relay maintenance, hazard, and/or policy concerns to appropriate personnel
Requirements:
Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience
Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Nice to have:
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
