A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Job Responsibility

Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating relevant details to management and/or local responders as needed
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common areas, corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions
Monitor access points, observe visitor and vendor activity, and support closing and opening procedures in accordance with site expectations and Allied Universal guidelines
Assist with customer inquiries, directions, and general assistance while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns and reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations
