Job Responsibility

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring front desk activity, and supporting security-related operations within a healthcare location
Greet patients, visitors, staff, and vendors in a courteous manner, assist with access and sign-in processes, and help direct individuals to appropriate departments and/or entrances
Respond to incidents, urgent situations, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with staff and/or emergency responders when appropriate
Monitor entrances, lobby areas, and visitor activity from the front desk, document daily events and unusual activity, and report concerns according to site protocols
Answer phones, provide information within assigned guidelines, and support security-related and customer service duties in a professional front desk environment
