Job Responsibility

Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and facility personnel by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying identification and/or credentials, and supporting security-related protocols at the location
Monitor entry and exit points for the distribution facility, document arrivals and departures, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, loading zones, and operational spaces
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate communication channels and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, including access points, trailer lots, parking areas, and warehouse surroundings, with working environments and conditions varying by location
Prepare clear logs and reports related to access activity, visitor management, and unusual observations, and communicate relevant details to Allied Universal leaders and/or site contacts

Job Responsibility
